These beautiful cowrie shell studs are a unique addition to any outfit, whether dressed up or dressed down. Tiny but intricately detailed, the shell’s history spans hundreds of years as a symbol of womanhood, fertility and wealth, and was once one of the most successful and universal forms of currency in the world.
